Due to eye problems, I want to use a mAirlist version with dark mode. My current version 6 doesn’t have that option. Does anyone know of a way to fix this in version 6? If that doesn’t work, I’ll probably opt for version 8, which does have it. In the trial version of 8, I was able to use the version 6 database through an internal upgrade. Does anyone know if there’s a way to downgrade the version 6 database back to the version 6 database? Why? I want to keep using both versions on my PC. Version 8 will then be my work version and will have the most up-to-date database. And I also want to keep the database from my other version 6 up-to-date. I’m looking forward to your responses. Regards, Luud
The Dark Mode is available from version 7 on, not in v6.
The upgrade of the database scheme happened from v6 to v7, not especially to v8. However, it has the same effect.
While upgrading the database scheme you should have been asked for a security backup of the database (or did it happen automatically? I’m not sure, because for me it’s too long ago).
You can rename the backup to whatever.mldb. Important for mAirList is to find a file with the ending .mldb.
My proposal: Let Windows search for those files and see, where which file of this type is located and named.
You know that this support forum has a dark mode too?
