Database connection by internet

Hi there.
I am using 2 licences of Mairlist:

6.x Professional Studio
6.x Professional Management

My database is buildup in PGAdmin 4

Now i would like to use the Management licence on my laptop and use it outside the lan. So over internet.
Is this possible? And how to acchieve this? should it be done in PGadmin? or in mairlist?
