In the properties of the music track where you can change the music type ie music, station ID or promo.

I would like to see something where you can pick a default colour for each type.

Default colors can be achieved through skin.ini entries.

Yes, it’s simple. Just add entries such as these for each type:

DummyRowColor=#FFFFFF
PromoRowColor=#000000

And so on.

Have a look at the manual. All of this is listed under the “Skin” section
