Cartwall update

This is more an annoying one than a real bug but it would be great to get it fixed.

  1. Adding items to the cartstack do not update the items loaded e.g. [1/3] remains when adding a fourth item.
  2. Changing cartstack item order do not update the current loaded title, name, etc… in the cartplayer unless next/previous is pressed.

Yes, the cart stack is somewhat broken at the moment. I’m aware of it but haven’t had the time to fix it.
