Cartwall Form - resize/refresh buttons

Torben,
There is a bug within the buttons at the top of the Cartwall form that when you double-click the blue title-bar, the Open/Save/PFL buttons vanish. You have to “sweep” you mouse over them to make them re-appear!

Also, those menu/button items are in German ?!

Indeed, a very strange error. Can’t figure out the reason at the moment.

And, obviously, I forgot these buttons when I translated mAirList from German to English. Will be corrected in 1.5.28.
