Cartwall Control issue

I am using v3945. I have created an extended button which, when activated, loads a playlist of test tones and a couple of single test tones into the Cartwall at position 1 and 4.
When de-activated I use "Execute command (CARTWALL ALL CLOSE) to clear it. It only clears Cart 1 and generates an error as follows:-
Exception in passing EXECUTE [numbers] CARTWALL ALL CLOSE to TCartwallControl: List index out of bounds (1)
