I can’t remember if this was/is possible…
Can I “hide” the browser and if I want it up, it appears as a separate window, then close when I don’t need it?
Cheers

No, not possible yet (but has been requested a couple of time, so it will be possible one day).
Thanks.
2 instances of mAirList running, one just a broswer and one without a browser? Don’t know if its possible to drag audio between copies though.
That should be a problem on Version 4.x because it only allows 1 instance running at a time. More than 1 causes extra licensing.
Ah, not aware of that. What about using an earlier version of mAirList just as a browser - is that possible?
It should as long as you don’t need the Database. There is a new Database scheme for Version 4, that means Version 3 can not read the database.
Than the 2nd instance has the same funktion than Windows Explorer, I’m not sure if this really solves the problem.
Actually what I do a lot of times is use iTunes and drag’n’drop onto the playlist. Not always, but sometimes, it doesn’t always populate the entry properly (durations mainly) until I open the PFL and close it. ! Actually must investigate that one.
Cheers
Then probably the file is in a format that mAirList cannot handle by itself - but BASS can, but only in the moment you open it for playback.
Ah I see, they’re all MP3 and have an associated MMD file (as well as a database entry). I’ll try and do some more fiddling and get something more concrete, see if there is a pattern.
