Cache files on network disk

Hello!
Trying to figure out how the network file cache works.

In our setup we have mounted the disks to a letter in Windows, and database also refers to this letter in the path. As far as I understand these files are not cached? But if we add the same files from the CIFS \192.168.xxx.xxx share, then they will be cached?

Is this intended? Are we setting up the paths in our DB in a wrong way?

Have tried enabling the cache all flag here.

No change.

Thanks,

Even if mapped as a drive letter, mAirList should detect that it is actually a network share, and should treat the files in the same way as if you were using an UNC path.

Keep monitoring your local temp directory (in your user folder), there should be files mAirList-<GUID>.mp3 etc. appearing when you open a player.
