Not sure how much you are supporting version 3.1 these days but there is a bug when you export a hour template where if a line is set to ‘fixed’ then in addition to the exported xml correctly setting ‘Fixed’ to ‘on’ it also incorrectly sets ‘optional’ to ‘on’ irrespective of what the value of optional is in the Edit Hour Template GUI.
