b762: Item Properties, Actions tab bugs

  1. On the Actions tab for a Send data to serial port Action: no colon missing colon : after the Data label/caption (should be Data:).

On the Item Properties dialog, Actions tab:

  1. The Save buttons don’t work (the Load buttons do work).

  2. Adding a Mixer, Mute mixer channel Action on a ‘non-Lawo’ PC causes a crash. Bug report attached below.

  3. Adding a SAS, Turn on GPI Action on a ‘non-Lawo’ PC causes a crash. Bug report attached below.

  4. A File, Play File Action in Automation mode invariably causes an item to be stopped early (Action on Start), or about 2s played and then re-cued and played after the ‘Played’ item in the Action (Action on Stop).
    Not actually a bug, but an inevitable consequence of this Action in Automation mode (!).
    I’ll mention this in the Manual. :wink:

  3. Not related to Lawo actually, but to “Windows Mixers” (soundcard mixers) - fixed.

  5. It is known that some actions that are supposed to have effect on the playlist do not work when used as “action on start” or “action on stop”. Yes, please mention that in the manual.
