b667: Using networkpath in mAirlistdDB

Hello!

When using track added from a network path the database playlist in mAirlist cant load the file.
Database playlist look after the file on C:\2-18 Ave Maria.mp3

Track is located on : \Blade01\MusikArkiv3\000_julmusik\2-18 Ave Maria.mp3

I frequently use network path ubiquitously.

Thanks for the file. Everything works fine here.

When did you add the storage? Have you restarted mAirList since then? If you make changes to the storage configuration, you must restart mAirList (or at least disconnect and reconnect the database connection through the Database browser context menu), because the list of storages as well as their locations are only read once after the connection is established and then cached.

Yes i added a new storage location.

It work now! But some errorhandling? Is a storage missing reread the storage table…

Probably a good idea.

I think the right way to do this is an Info MessageBox in mAirListDB just after you successfully add a storage.

Something like:

[b]Storage %s (path %s) was added successfully.

To access this storage in running copies of mAirList,
close ALL database panes in the Browser before re-opening them.[/b]

… or just add a hint to the manual. Everyone reads the manual, you know :wink:
