Album cover art

I thought I’ve read in one of the release notes that it’s possible to let mAirList automaticly display album covers in the playlist. Is that correct? How can this be done? By adding a column ‘artwork’ or so?

Thanks!

Just check the option in the playlist GUI options, I think it’s the last one in the list.

Anyone ever experienced better support from a software developper than with Torben answering in only 3 minutes time?

Thanks Torben, but that option is already enabled (checked).
But I’m using a custom skin and layout, maybe I have to add something to that layout or skin.ini?

Best regards!

You were lucky, I had just arrived for a short stopover at my computer (being away from the office most of the time today).

The covers should appear instead of the default playlist icons, so both “show icons” and “show cover art” must be enabled.

Only MP3 files (with ID3v2 tags) are supported so far.

Thanks! I play wav files, that’s why these album covers don’t show up. No problem, would’ve been a nice gadget but not that important.

It just extracts the album art from existing file tags. There’s no other magic. Sorry for all WAV users
