If you wouldn’t mind please offer some more details. That’s like someone saying: “My car isn’t moving” without telling any specifics.
As a start please:
- describe your setup (PC, Server etc.)
- describe how/when the error happens
And would you be so kind to fill out your serial number in the member profile? It’s only visible to the mAirlist and verifies you as a licence holder internally.

It was busy deleting old recordings. Just let it sit for a while, and it should come back to life.
