After extending with a new harddisk, mairlist (6) stopped running. Sending over 5 or 6 messages to mairlist without any respons…
The solutions and what to do mentioned in my mairlist, don’t work… so now 5 days without software which is working…
Who knows a solution?
Hey Timamigo.
Could you please share some screenshots of what you are experiencing? Do you have access to the license manager online?
Thomas
When and to which adress did you send the mails?
Did you already log into your customer’s account and reset the license?
This is the way that works like intended:
Select an option and reset the activation.
Then return to the licence manager, click “Download/Activeer” and you will see your license in a bold font, ready to re-activate.
I sent several replies via e-mail, and according to my mail server log, they were accepted by your SMTP server. Like this one from yesterday morning:
2025-01-27T07:01:08.878174+00:00 mail postfix/smtp[2077769]: 21CFD11EF2: to=<xxxxxx>, relay=xxxxxxl[xx.xx.xx.29]:25, delay=0.74, delays=0.1/0.02/0.38/0.24, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 OK id=1tcJ7M-0000000HDyl-3NkC)
(personal information removed)
Maybe you should check your spam folder, or possibly the mail server configuration.
Well, yes thats what i did (several times even) but still no solution.
Hi Torben, sad to hear… but nothing is in spamfolder (?) and i receive lots of e-mails on this account (?).
Tim
can you send me a direct message? i can provide some other e-mails as well, thx, Tim
Did you follow the steps I explained above?
EDIT: Sorry, I missed your answer…
yes i did, no problem:)
According to the system entry the de-activation DID work.
What happens when you open the “Activeer”-Dialogue?
@timamigo Please folllow up here…
Your licene is in a “ready to activate” state. Just click “Download/Activate”, enter e-mail and password, select the license, and confirm activation.
i did, but still get the same error message…
It would have been good if you had told us the exact error message right from the start. Makes it much easier to help you without asking dozens of questions first.
If the password works on the website, but not in the License Manager, there is chance that there are some special characters in the password that confuse the HTTP client library in mAirList. Could this be the case?
If yes, try to change the password on the website (customer login → profile).
Hi Torben,
For what i know i did… I can login in the website as i also told before… Till last week there.
My passwords were no incidents at all (except from windows updates).
My password contain normal letters and specialcharacters, offcourse.
Now i changed it because of your question.
What is next?
Tim
oke i logged in with my new password and it’s working again, thx for your help
