Access Violation Error in 5.3

Hi

We ve just upgraded to Mairlist 5.3 from older 5.2.

Since installing we keep getting Access Violation Errors on tracks when we load a playlist.

If we manually remove that same track and re add it manually its fine.

We are not using database and simply loading using using file browser.

We never had this issue with 5.2

Please see screen shot…

Any idea what is causing this. Its very annoying.

Thanks

Try to reproduce it with the cue/play function in the Properties dialog. If you see the same error there, it should be in a dialog box with a “Details” button. Klick that button and send a bug report from there.

Hi Torben.
Sadley it’s not done it again since… Yet…
But we are getting glitching audio and a few little skips on the audio playout occasionally which we never had on 5.2.

But this morning we did get a message in
PLAYER B next to a track, it was a purple pink warning SAYING “INVALID POINTER OPERATION”
We ve only had these issues since upgrading to 5.3… Any ideas.

I’m told this memory related, is there a setting in config I can check?
We imported the original config from 5. 2 and its using the same hardware and OS etc

Matt

Iv sent in a few Bug reports over the last few days, so hopefully we can get to bottom of this.

Thanks

Matt
