2.1.40 build 449: Cartwall players 'stick' in EOF mode after playout

Apologies if this has already been mentioned elsewhere, but when I play any Cart Player in the Cartwall, it plays to the end of the audio but then remains in EOF mode instead of resetting itself to ‘idle’ mode. The only way to reset such Cartwall Players is to load another Cart Set (or reload the current one), or to load an audio file into the Cartwall Player.

This is with a single file loaded (no stacks or other complications), and occurs always, whether there is a TRIGGER defined or not.
