Version mismatch perhaps? What’s the exact version numbers of the server and client?
Version at server is
5 3 .14 3257
At my home studio is
5 .3 15 3261 latest
Could that be the case of it? Why we do not have problems than in the other studio’s

Updated at the server end but problem is still there . I have now connection , but occasionally i get this error see attachement

The errror message generally means that the received data has an unexpected type.
In the bug report you sent, it was during retrieval of the playlist contents in the DB app.
Any messages in the server log?
No did not noticed any message since I uupdated mAirlist at the server end I just have connect the database at my end with the sever. Same message appear. Not a message in sever log

it was in the DB App by the way not the playlist
I Have checked again if somehow my ip number is blocked with my hosting provider, they have checked . That was not the case.
