Under-run action?

I do like the under-run warning in the playlist when the tracks will not reach a fixed time marker.

Is it possible to create a ‘On under run ’ action (very similar to the ‘When the playlist runs empty’ action) which will insert a short 'top-up playlist (usually a few songs) if an under-run point is reached in a playlist. This will have the dual benefit of preventing ‘dead air’ whilst maintaining the fixed time marker timing.
