I have a problem when loading a playlist that has been created in station playlist creator. I’ve never experienced it before but recently migrated the pc to Windows 7 from XP and installed Mairlist 5.3.38 (think thats the version).
I can add files to the database, assign to the jingle category, change the category colours etc. I check the properties and this all looks OK from within the database. The files have all been tagged using mp3 tag and station playlist ape tags. From there mmd files are produced as well using My Library from Charly Davy. (Always worked in the past)
When a playlist is loaded by mairlist some, not all of the new files will not show as a jingle in the playlist window. If I check the properties they are in the music category and not in the jingle category as I had originally specified. I can fix each individual one by right clicking and re-reading the mmd file. But it’s only temporary until the file is used again in another playlist. It’s very strange it’s not all files just some. All my music and jingles are on my local network stored on a NAS HDD.
I have tried removing, resyncing, re-tagging etc.
Any ideas please as this is driving me crazy! Thanks
