Sound volume error during playing VoiceTracks

Dear Torben,

I am testing voicetracking in mAirlist. When doing the voice track, I have slide down the audio levels to -13.6 dB. Also, my microphone sounds very well when listening to the mixdown in the Mix Editor. I can see the sound waves being minimzed to -13.6 dB as supposed.

However, when the moment is there and my voicetracks are being played out by the automate, there seems to be a problem. Sometimes it does not use the correct sound levels and you can’t understand a word of what I have been saying. I have checked the mix editor and the sound levels are indeed adjusted. However, they sometimes are not during playout. I figured this problem always occurs mostly at the 3rd or 4th voicetrack of the hour. I could send you the audio files, if needed.

What could it be?

Thanks,
Dennis

Second hour, same thing. The 4th voice track is always bad. Seems to be a systematic error.

Is your version current? There was a bug fix that may be related to this problem lately.

Is mAirlist version 5.3.1 Build 3156 recent enough?

We have the same issue on 5.3 build 3125 … but only with 1 voicetracker. Do we need to update the on air pc or all the pc’s (those who voicetrack also)?
