Is it possible to setup an RTP stream in Mairlist?
The reason for this is the low latency.

And is it possible to receive an RTP Stream in Mairlist?

Maybe it’s possible to integrate something like Screamer.

Not possible. (And won’t be possible until someone eventually releases a BASS RTP plugin.)
