Does the Mairlist have an option to record the master out from the mixer? Or a separate module, the audio logger is required?
One way I can think of recording the output of the mixer is connection the master out to an input on a USB recording device which is than connected to another PC running audacity. But I am sure there is a better way to do this.

The encoder has a “record to file” function. And there is also the Aircheck Recorder.
But for 24/7 continuous recording (in chunks of one hour), the Audio Logger is certainly the most convenient way to go.

I think the air check recorder would do. I assume it only records when the microphones are on?
You can start/stop it manually, or use remote commands (possibly connected to the fader start of the mic channel) to do so.
