I notice that not all of my music files getting imported correctly.
They display no length in the database and also no waveform is visible.
However they do play.
No problems with this in V4.4
Any idea?
What file types? Can you upload a sample file somewhere?

Found out the Bitrate of the mp3’s where not good.
I re-saved them and all was fine after that.

Interestingly, both files worked fine for me. (Tried them yesterday night but forgot to reply.)
Perhaps there’s something wrong with the MP3 codec installed in your system? mAirList ships with a special version of bass.dll that does not have its own MP3 decoder but uses the one installed in Windows (for licensing reasons). I have heard that there is 3rd-party software which replaces the Windows MP3 codec with another, faulty one.
That would be possible.
If this happens again, I will see witch decoder is used.
I too had has this problem, but noticed in Audition that the files had Quicktime MP3 connections. Re-saving cured my problems.
