mass import

Howdy,

Our station already has a large number of tracks setup using mmd files, but we have about 7K more mp3’s to add (nearby country music station closed, since we are pop/rock - we had a total of about 20 country tracks, they have donated a HDD to us with all their country mp3’s because with their closure we agreed to give couple their announcers a country sunday night, so how do we add all these mp3’s at once, is their a batch mode for tag ? or some simple way?

Nobby

Yes there is, in the database select the files you would like to change: right click, select Mass Edit, make the necessary changes and save them.

If the question is about adding the files to the mAirListDB LIbrary, the solution is to use the “Synchronize” function.

(It’s the preferred way of adding tracks to the library anyway, at least if you are comfortable with accessing the file system first.)

Thanks will have a look at that when I get in to station!
