Hi,

an alpha release of mAirList 6.0 is now available for download:

Feel free to play around with the new features, and post all bugs and feedbacks to this forum. No production please use!

Official sales of licenses and upgrades will start in March, as well as free upgrades for everyone who has purchased mAirList 5 lately. Information on the upgrade policy will be announced shortly. For the moment, please use the 30-day trial license from the License Manager.

Great news , how do i upgrade from 5 to 6 ? i do not seem to have a valid licence.

See above - use the trial license request feature from the License Manager.

Upgrade as usual, run config app straight after activation and it will ask to migrate your settings.

Note: Database cannot be used with v5 anymore after the conversion (as usual)! So make a backup or copy first.

When putting a sweeper in the new ‘padding’ function in the Mix Editor, everything sounds fine. When playing it in the playlist with the players, I hear the sweeper at the beginning of the song and not at the place where I have set it in the Mix Editor.

You are in AUTO mode, I suppose?

No, I am not. I just use the Link function.

mAirList 6.0 alpha ---- When I try to load stereo tool or any other (winamp dsp dll) it freeze all the time. :o

When clicking on any song in the DB or in the Playlist to open the Cue editor, I get List Index out of bounds (2)
Debug report has been send.

That has already been fixed in the latest build. I am updating the dowload continuously.

I only have a beta version here right now; guess Hans will make it public anytime soon. So mAirList is a bit “ahead of time” :slight_smile:

And with the Winamp version of Stereo Tool, it freezes you say? Do you get the usual “application seems to be frozen” message? If so, click Details and send a bug report.

Altogether a pleasent surprise Torben!

Some minor things:

1] Still disappearing buttons in the Players when the buttons are toggled to be transparent (also present in v5)
2] In the skin.ini the following lines don’t seem te be working anymore:

Love v6… fantastic work, UI looks really modern, icons look nice - is the log sync sorted yet? I did notice the UDP ports, will that sync from the Database playlist area to the playout?
