Yet another version 
Changes:
- skin.ini, playlist and player sections: new setting “ProgressBarElapsedRampColor”
- new option “split progress bar during ramp” in config
- improved drag & drop from the browser, now you can drag any kind of playlist and or folder into the playlist. Please test thoroughly.
Bugfix:
- Player: Incorrect remaining time display.
