Logging issue?

I am exporting several logging files (to txt files) to update my stream and also for a clockscreen in my studio.
The files aren’t updated everytime when a new item starts while I am sure only the option to update when an item starts is checked in the log settings and not when an item stops.
It seems like the log files are one item late and I even noticed a few times that when a new item started the log file changes to the new item and then in a short while back to the previous one.
It is really acting strange and that is why it is hard to make some screenshots of it.
I only use the log files (and dark skin mode) so I am not sure if other logging extensions have the same issue.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Today I been looking into the logging issue and when creating a report… this showed up.
Somehow the logging isn’t working well as you can see. I am 100% sure the playout went smooth and no items were played more then once.

For example;
15:55:26 - Will smith - Men in black
15:59:05 - TOTH
15:59:10 - Will Smith - Men in black
15:59:21 - TOTH

You see that sometimes in a few seconds after the logging was updated, the previous item shows up again.
