Can somebody tel me how, to get faderstart working on a airlite
I could not find the mixer in mairlist.
The sound cards are working

Hello and welcome here. 
As far as I know it depends on which kind of licence you use. The regular Home Studio lite or Home Studio licences did not support D&R mixers. Therefore you need a special plugin. Maybe @UliNobbe can help you with this.
I think a crossgrade to advanced will be the best way.

Done thanks for the support, unfortunately it doesn’t work yet!
I see the plugin but the fader start doesn’t work.
The search continues, I don’t understand anything, because all settings are correct.
Did you select the airlite as remote control?
Did you assigned the faders to the channel (not only sound but also for remote)
Did you read the wiki for the airlite.
