I just installed the trial version for the home studio…Are there any English videos to help getting started?
I’m trying to find out if I need to install a DB to import my music, jingles, etc. folders? Also, I m trying to find out how I start the encoder right now it says disconnected.

From our (official) side there is no video available. There may be some to find, but this is private, eventually an older one.

Thanks…I have the encoder working now…I cant find any info in general getting started for rotations…how do i upload my music, jingles, etc. is separate folders ? They are going directly into the playlist.

You don’t need special SQLite know-how or a separate installation parallel to mAirList.
I want to setup rotations and think I read a database is needed. I think I installed the SQLite database but now don’t know how to proceed to use this to create rotations. Please let me know.

Just getting back to you today. I now have my license for home studio. In regards to checking info for installing the database I think I still don’t understand.
Would you be able to help with teamviewer ? I also have now connected the encoder but I’m not getting any sound from the internet stream I can use a third party encoder but would like to use mairlist if possible.
just an update i now have the mairlist encoder working…
Also where is the switch or button to turn the mic on during a live broadcast ?

Yes i want to set up the mAirList local database…I deidnt realize the SQLite wasn’t needed for this.
I have setup folders at the db area but nothing at db. Can you please help here i want to create a rotation.

What you want is the so called “local Database”.
Ok thanks I created the local db and four folders and setup an hour clock test for 1300 utc today with rotation…

Update, it appears I set the db for 1400 today but it didn’t start. What should I have the settings at mAirList at to activate the db ?

Did you Setup the events to load a playlist from the database, accordingly?
Yes with insert and play playlists of the 4 playlists I created and.
this is playing the db playlists but I wanted a song to be played in rotation for each playlist rather then playing the whole hour on one database playlist; is there anyway to do this ?
