I promise not to ask this again, because I know I have asked it before! I have searched in here, but I can’t seem to find the info. 
In the [Date] section of skin.ini, what is the name of the key (line) I need to add to use a DateTimeFormat string? Also, does the format string in the INI file use quotes or not?
