Extra PFL Player and mAirListTag Player requests

  1. mAirListTag PFL Player should (I think?) use the same colours, fonts, etc. as the ExtraPFLPlayer settings in skin.ini, if any are specified. (Apologies in advance if this is fixed in 1.5.47, which I have not yet downloaded!)

  2. There is no option in Config. to set the Extra PFL Player—or the mAirListTag PFL Player, which I always consider as the same ‘object’—to display times in 0.1s instead of whole seconds. Since I have all my Players set to display 1/10s times, this makes these two Players look very ‘strange.’
