i don t undertsand, we can t use the same database in mairlist 6?
You need to import it and convert.
This because V6 has extra features and are not pressent in the v5.x database.
Don’t forget to back up/copy your V5 database if you want to revert to it!

But for testing, i try on a computer and it said can t connect to the database
I have the the 5 on an other disk adjust the routing to the database connection.
6 just convert to 24 on the old place.

That’s not true.
Think you forgot to import from V5.x
It makes a copy of the V5 DB and puts it in the V6 folder, after that, upgrade the scheme (be sure the DB path is pointing to the V6 folder)

My database is on the same external harddisk as the music so on the hard-drive is a map mairlist with the database file.
But the official way is like ferry said.
