Got a problem with the Comment viewer window.
When displaying text it is aligned to the right.
I need to right click and select the alignment option, there after I need to select it again in order for the text to start on the left.
Is this an OS setting or something else?

Unable to reproduce. Works fine for me.
One thing you can try: Go to Windows Control Panel, Regional Settings, set the language-specific settings to some other language, save, the re-open and set back to your original locale.
This is a trick that cures a problem with 12-hour time display format instead of 24-hour on some system. Maybe your problem is related.

In the Configuration > GUI > Custom Screen Objects > Comment Viewer
I had alignment set to the right.
