Hello all, I might be overlooking something, but I seem not to be able to save the changes I have made in the columns in the playlist and library in the database. I have ticked the columns I would like to see in the Menu - View. I have changed the order and the width of the columns but after restarting the database the changes have gone. Does anyone know how to proceed? Thanks for your help!
Actually it should save this automatically - can please locate the file preferences.ini and see if it changes and reflects your settings? (Look for DB Library or similar, can’t remember the key right now.)
The preference.ini file is updated immediately and shows my settings accordingly. This seems to be ok.
When I close mAirlist DB and reopen it again, all changes made are still correct.
When I close mAirlist itself however and restart it , all changes made in mAirlist DB are lost. Do I have to save to the standard.mld file too before shutting down mAirlist? This I didn’t do.
Problem solved, apparently these changes in the mAirlist DB have to be saved in the *.mld file too. I usually only do this every now and then when the program is “empty”.
I’m having the same issues again like before: the order of the columns have changed again. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
I checked the preferences.ini file and that still updates after a change has been made.
Sometimes I open the DB through the menu, sometimes from within mAirlist, could this have anything to do with it maybe?
