For the umpteenth time: It depends on the wiring of the control unit. The Behringer DX 2000 does not feature floating switching gear. Any control has to be operated via opto couplers, which a unit with push buttons is lacking generally. So replacing the buttons by jacks isn’t an idea that good. You might get away with it, but expose yourself to the risk of damaging your control unit or your mixer or both – or even the computer connected to.

Zum wievielten mal: Es kommt auf die Schaltung des Interfaces an. Die Fernstartanschlüsse des Behringer DX 2000 sind nicht potentialfrei, das weitere Schaltgeraffel muß mittels Optokopplern angesteuert werden. Eine Schaltkiste mit Tasten weist die üblicherweise nicht auf, also sollte man diese Tasten eben nicht durch Buchsen ersetzen. Wer’s doch macht, riskiert das Leben seines Pults oder des Interfaces oder sogar des angeschlossenen Rechners.

Arbeite mit dem behringer dx 2000 ab 2011 die ersten 2 jahre mit freeplayer. Dann kam Mairlist, all die Jahre hatte ich ein Velleman-Kit, jetzt kaufte ich mir eine zweite Hand Allen Heath XB14 und benutzte immer noch den Velleman. Im Internet gibt es verschiedene Handbücher zur Verwendung der Tasten mit einem Velleman-Kit. Die alle sagen das Gleiche. Tatsächlich ist dies das erste Mal, dass jemand sagt, dass dies nicht möglich ist.

Workt with the behringer dx 2000 from 2011 the first 2 years with freeplayer. Then came mairlist, all these years I had a velleman kit, now I bought a seccond hand allen heath xb14 and stil use the velleman. On the internet there are several manuals on how to use the buttons with a velleman kit. The all say the same. In fact this is the first time someone says it isn’t possible.
