b766: Can't enable EOF Warning Overlay independently

I’ll leave it to Torben to decide whether this is a bug or a Feature Request. :smiley:

It doesn’t seem possible to have an EOF Warning Overlay countdown in a Playlist unless you also have Ramp Overlay switched on.

In other words, unless Ramp Overlay is switched on, no EOF Warning Overlay is ever displayed, regardless of the EOF Warning Overlay setting (on/off).

(I never noticed this before because I don’t usually use Overlays myself. ;D)

So … is this working as intended (in which case, I’ll document it as such); or is it a bug?

PS: It does seem to be working for Alec, from what he says; but I just can’t make it happen here! ???

I’m running 3.1.1 and on my machine, the EOF countdown display will display and function without the ramp enabled.

As stated in my previous post, my problem is that I can’t get the overlay to display, ss.u, nn.ss.u or anything similiar. Instead, it displays the full h.nn.ss.u and can’t fit on the screen.
