I just bought the D&R Airlite but us Mairlist home version.
D&R Airlite is not in the remote list?.. I read that I can buy a module for this table.?.
Hope someone can help me out with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Since the option of the Airlite module for a private user must be added manually to the license, it is normal to wait until the next working day(s) - office time, like in any other business.
The additional module for Airlite is afaik not a part of the webshop.
@Jo, would you please be so kind to wait until Torben is back in the office, reading the forums (even the dutch, as you have been told there that Torben can read dutch, too) and his mails?
I’m sorry to tell you that I’m afraid you have to wait a few days more.
Crossposting does not bring you the activated module faster in any way.

First of all I am new here and did not know where to post but now I Do.
Torben and I have had contact allready and even the hole combinaties is allready up and Running for 2 days…
Anyway good to read your message and fine that Torben is not doing 9 to 5.
He is into his business so lot of respect.
Greetz and my next post will be in Dutch, when i read the First time he is German its normal I post in English… because my German is nicht so schon…

Board / Forum strucure is always a bit complicated - both for the Master / Admin as it is for the user.
However, that’s actually not the point. I thought you had the answer in the dutch forum and was surprised to read the same question today in the english forum. Am I wrong?
I’m happy to read that because nothing is more frustrating than a hardware / software combination you can’t use full due to simple restrictions.
Great - and my respect. It’s not self-evident, since I have my own experience with an independent business.
German is a language I don’t want to learn as a stranger.

No, I don’t work for mAirList. But, as mentioned above, I was self-employed as a DJ. I lost 2 of my loves in this time and it has no purpose if the partner is not 24/7 and 100% at your side and your business.
I remember having read that Torben has a family - I have not. But I know how important it is to have some spare time. On my last job my boss (female, mother of two kids) - executive director of the company - had fixed times for the family without any contact to the 24/7 running company. I had to learn that this is very important.
Well, the 9-to-5 idea comes from his website:
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – we speak German and English(https://www.mairlist.com/en/about/contact/)
So in my eyes the message is: There are times he does not want to be contacted. When he is on the system or licences whatsoever, it’s his time.
But I think we have to respect official published contact times. That’s why I thought that you will have to wait 'til monday.
