Good day all,

Trying to install mAirlist without luck…
I did a clean Windows installation, searched the Microsoft KB and the Mairlist Wiki.
So you guys (and girls) are my last hope.

Install Mairlist without errors!
When I start the Mairlist i get The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)
I´ve googled it and try every solution but zip.

Now hoping that someone here can help me

Running Windows 7 Home SP1

Thanks, Roel

I could not imagine, that it is not there already but this error seems to be related to the Visual Studio C++ Redistributable.

Did you try to install it? This should be the latest Version.

Windows 7 SP1 is a quite outdated OS and I stoped working with it long time ago, I actually don’t know if there was an older Version of this library avaialable at it’s release in 2011.

The Support ends totally in a very few month. So usually you won’t put a new system into produtction, with such an outdated OS on a mission critical Task, such as Radio-Automation.

Hi Shorty,

Thank you
Microsoft V C++ 2005 and 2008 are installed

I know it is a old system but I don. t like Win10 and don. t wanna spend money on it LOL

Roel

Did you check my Link above? That is V C++ 2015.

This I have installed Shorty. Anything else missing ?
Thanks, Roel

Actually I’m not sure, what is causing this error. mAirlist does not depend on Visual Studio components, as it is developed in delphi. It doesn’t even need .NET framework.
Maybe it is one of the libraries, that require it or a component of the Audio driver.

Never the less, mAirlist is a 32bit application. I’m not sure if the C++ components for 32Bit applications are included in the 64Bit redist package. On my Windows 10 x64 I have both packages x64 and x86 installed or even x86 version only.

Hi Shorty,

Thanks for your time, tonight I will try to install the 32bit versions after creating a restore point.

I will inform you about the result
Roel

Hola Shorty,

Problem solved, thirst try to install the 32 bit apps but no luck.
Another clean install and after 200+ updates the program runs!!
Thanks for your help and time Shorty

Roel

Hmm, kind of strange, but what to expect from Windows…?
